Coronavirus: Managing Stress and Anxiety
This session is designed to be a 60-90 minute self-directed exploration on managing stress and anxiety. Staff will begin with the Safe Schools course, which discusses signs and symptoms of stress and explains the physical and emotional effects of built-up stress, such as anxiety. This course also discusses stress management techniques, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to help alleviate stress during such difficult times. Staff will then explore several apps/resources for techniques and options for managing stress and anxiety.
